Shipping
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
- Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes. If you require a change, we will cancel and refund your order (funds may take 2-5 business days to deposit into your account). You will be responsible for placing another order. *Please note that inventory levels change frequently and items may no longer be available.
- If you selected the Pickup option in checkout, we will contact you once your order is ready. Your order will not be available for pickup until you receive a notification from us stating so.
- Transit takes up to 7 business days after processing time. This is dependent upon your shipping address location within Canada.
- Flat Rate (small items): $14.99
- Large Product Shipping: $29.99 (Ex. Ball carts)
- Nationals Shipping: $17.99
- If you require an expedited shipping time, please contact us. Additional charges may apply.
If an order is returned by the courier to our office due to an incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address provided. The customer is responsible for paying additional shipping fees associated with a return-to-sender status.
Returns & Exchanges
- After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return the item(s) to us. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags & labels attached, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We will accept exchanges on regular priced items, pending availability. The customer is responsible for paying the costs associated with shipping the item(s) back to our office. Volleyball Stuff will cover the postage cost of shipping the new item to you.
- Original items must be returned before the replacement item will be sent.
Note: All sale items, custom printed products and event pre- and post-sale orders are final sale unless otherwise specified on the product page. We will not process any refunds or exchanges on these items unless they are defective/damaged upon receipt.
All products are subject to inspection and returns & exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance of product returns & exchanges are under Volleyball Stuff’s discretion.
- Please contact us at info@volleyballstuff.net and let us know that you would like to return or exchange an item. Please include your name and order number. If you are planning to exchange your item, include the product replacement you are interested in.
- We will respond in 1-3 business days with further steps. Please do not send your items back to our office before receiving a response from us.
Warranty & Defective Products
Volleyball Stuff is proud to produce high quality products for our customers. Should you receive a defective or damaged product upon receipt, please contact us with your name and order number, and include an image of the product defect in your message.
Items are contained under a warranty policy of 30 days from the date of purchase. We will replace items with manufacturer defects after they have been approved. Replacement availability is subject to change, at which time we will work with you to find an alternate solution.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 3 business hours of placing your order. Following this time, and if the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping.
