If the product you ordered doesn’t fit or is unsatisfactory, you have 30 days from receipt to return or exchange your item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and replacement shipping costs.
Please Note: All sale items, custom printed products or event pre- or post-sale orders are final sale unless otherwise posted on the product page. We will not process any refunds or exchanges on these items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

To Return/Exchange an item
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you would like to return or exchange the item. Please include your name and order number. If you plan to exchange an item, please let us know what product you are interested in for a replacement.
2. Wait for a response from one of our team members before proceeding to step 3.

1. Take a photo of the defective or damaged product (ensure the defect is visible in the image).
2. Email us at email@example.com with your order number, description of the defect or damage, and the photo(s) of the of the defective or damaged product.
3. Our team will be in contact within 1 – 3 business days to offer a solution(s).
